Furnace went out on a very cold Friday night. Called Komfort and they had a tech out within about 90 minutes, maybe less. Mike was able to get the furnace running and also told me what I already knew was coming – that the furnace was about due to be replaced.
They allowed me to apply the emergency service call and parts charges to a new unit if purchased within 10 days, which I did.
Met Seth and Jeff for the install and they did a great job installing the new furnace and answering any questions I threw at them.
So, if you live in their service area don’t hesitate to call them. They will get you up and running quickly at a reasonable price and with very good customer service.
